Amazing customer service. I made a call to get a mobility scooter set up for my dad. The person who received my call was very friendly, upbeat, seemed to know just what I needed, and promptly set me up. They had the scooter delivered to our hotel and picked up when we were done. Excellent service. Excellent price. Southern hospitality at it's best.

I was only there once I bought a half dozen donuts and they were all stale hard as a rock but I live kind of far away and I wasn't going to drive back for a few dollars

They are all great here. Everybody here has helped my dad, a disabled military vet, get a scooter and lift by working with the VA. It's good to know that there are people who will help you to get the things that are needed for everyday life.

I've been bringing our Pooch here for years, and even inherited his records here from the previous owner (we inherited him as a foster, but he's ours now!). I've always found FBAC to be professional, kind, and flexible. In particular, when we travel, FBAC works very well with veterinary services elsewhere, adding their services (I try to keep them communicating), so our Pooch's records stay up-to-date, no danger of over-prescribing!
